Thank you. David, Thank you very much for a very professionally presented and informative day. I'm a teacher and have made many marketing presentations so I can appreciate the need to hold the attention of a diverse group of adults, particularly on subject matter than can be abit dry. However, I applaud you on what turned out to be a very satisfying session- your delivery of the materials was organized, concise and to the point. I was most impressed how you took an interest in the attendees and connected to everyone by name and with knowledge of their need for the class. You certainly came across as caring for each and everyone of the students and offered them your skills and expertise with encouragement to go out and 'not repeat prior wrongs'. You balanced well a seriousness and firmness with the class as a whole combined with interesting personal experiences and a sprinkle of humor. The process of the day was well thought out and the time well spent so the day was over before we knew it. You did an excellent job of defining the laws with illustrated examples and knew when some people were not quite clear. You repeated the information in a manner that did not intimidate any of the attendees. You held the attention of a very, very diverse group of attendees masterfully. Thank you again for your interest in my situation as a new driver in Tucson and recent Arizona resident. Wishing you continued success. Johanna David, I am writing to commend Mr. David Ginsberg for the excellent Traffic Survival School he gave us here in Tucson on Saturday. As you know, these classes filled with potentially angry clients, are a real challenge for any instructor. David met the challenge with flying colors. He was supportive, warm and very caring. He took an interest in each of the participants and he went to great lengths to learn as many names as possible. He was thorough in his presentation and he broke the day up with varied activities.(e.g., discussion, quizzes, video, etc.) He also forbade any profanity and he did not allow political concerns to lead us astray. We all agreed he made this experience as good as possible. The best tribute I can offer him is that everyone honored all of his requests. People returned promptly from the breaks and the room was left spotless at the end, in response to his request. I hope I never have to meet Dave professionally again. But you can take pride in the quality of his work. Bob
To Dave the instructor of Survival
Traffic School: Dave provided us a multitude of knowledge regarding the rules of the road. He gave us practical solutions to the complex scenarios that all drivers face daily. He also provided personal stories of the tragedies that have followed those who did not follow the laws and rules for the greater good. Most of these tragedies could have been totally averted if the laws were followed and the attitude was correct. I guess it is human nature to be reminded of do unto others as you would have them do unto you. As all great teachers, Dave modeled the behavior he targeted by treating all the students with respect, Kindness, and high expectations of all of our potential to succeed . Maybe some of the students weren’t use to being treated this way and they needed to learn this is the appropriate behavior for us all to live in peace in society. I saw an amazing transformation of my classmates after experiencing Dave’s mastery and power to the good penetrate even the most negative of my classmates. By the end of class I for one was humbled by my new found knowledge and improved attitude. In closing I want to say that Dave is making a huge difference in our community and I want to commend and thank him. Thank you Dave
